Following this afternoon’s announcement from Prime Minister Anthony Albanese that Iran was behind antisemitic attacks in Australia, including the firebombing of the Adass Israel Synagogue, the JCCV would like to publicly thank police and intelligence agencies for their thorough investigations.

The JCCV will continue to work with the Victorian Government, Victoria Police and CSG to ensure our Jewish community can go about our lives in safety.

We urge our community to stay united and stand together as proud Jews, to participate in Jewish life and to show courage and resilience.
